UCO Bank: complaint, nodal officer and fraud contacts
Where to report a fraud and how to take a complaint up the ladder with UCO Bank, using only the contacts UCO Bank publishes on its own website, in the order to use them. IFSC Bank Guide is independent and not linked to UCO Bank.
If money has just left your account
Do these now, in this order:
- Call 1930, the national cyber crime helpline, or report at cybercrime.gov.in.
- UCO Bank does not list a separate fraud line on the pages we checked. Block your cards and UPI in UCO Bank’s app, or call your branch.
- The same day, complain in writing at the first level of the ladder below, and keep the complaint number you are given.
Speed matters. If the fraud came from a breach elsewhere in the system, not from you sharing a PIN or OTP, reporting it within three working days of the bank’s alert keeps your liability at zero for transactions up to 31 December 2026. For transactions from 1 January 2027, the window is five calendar days from the fraud. What the RBI rules say.
UCO Bank’s complaint ladder
Go up a level only if the one before it has not solved the problem, and quote your earlier complaint number each time. These are the contacts UCO Bank gives on its own website:
Level 3 · Principal Nodal Officer
The senior official for complaints. Write here if lower levels haven't resolved it, quoting your earlier complaint number.
Email: hosp.cscell@ucobank.co.in
Phone: 033-44557131, 033-44557109
Address: UCO Bank, Head Office, Operations and Services Department, India Exchange Place, 1st Floor, Kolkata - 700001
RBI Ombudsman
If UCO Bank does not reply within 30 days, or you are not satisfied with the reply, complain at cms.rbi.org.in or call 14448 for guidance. File within 90 days of the bank’s last reply, or of the 30 days running out. It costs nothing.
The UCO Bank pages we checked do not give a separate customer care contact or grievance redressal officer. We show only what the bank publishes; if you need one, ask customer care for it in writing.

UCO Bank IFSC codes
Every UCO Bank branch code has 11 characters: UCBA, then 0, then six characters for the branch, like UCBA0XXXXXX. If a code someone sends you does not start with UCBA, it is not a UCO Bank branch.
Is it really UCO Bank?
UCO Bank’s website is uco.bank.in. The email addresses on this page end in @ucobank.co.in.
Many banks have moved their websites to .bank.in but still list some email addresses on older domains. Those are addresses the bank itself publishes.
- No bank asks for your OTP, PIN, CVV or password, by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp.
- A “UCO Bank officer” writing from Gmail or another free email address is not UCO Bank.
- Check any number or link you are sent against this page or uco.bank.in before you call or click.
- Beware the second scam: no bank, police force or “recovery agent” charges a fee to get your money back.
Where this comes from
Every contact on this page was copied from UCO Bank’s own website and checked on 3 November 2026. To check one yourself, open the page and search for the address (Ctrl+F, or “Find in page” on a phone). Officers move and addresses change; if one bounces, tell us through the contact page and we will correct it.
This page is general information, not legal advice. Contacts change: if UCO Bank’s website shows something different, follow UCO Bank’s website.
