Contact IFSC Bank Guide
This is a small independent site, and we read everything that arrives. Email is the only channel we use — we will never call you, and we will never ask you for account details, an OTP or a password.
Reporting an incorrect branch record
Branch data can fall out of date after a merger, relocation or closure. If a lookup returns something wrong, please include the full eleven-character IFSC code, what the result showed, and what the correct details should be — ideally with a cheque leaf or passbook as the source.
Corrections to a guide
If a figure, date or rule in one of our guides is out of date or wrong, tell us which guide and which paragraph. Corrections to published guidance take priority over everything else in the inbox.
Advertising, press and everything else
For advertising enquiries, press questions, or anything else, use the same address and say which it is in the subject line so it reaches the right place quickly.
What we cannot do
We are not a bank and we have no access to any bank’s systems. We cannot look up an account, trace a transfer, reverse a payment, recover money, or intervene in a dispute with your bank. If money has left your account, call the National Cyber Crime Helpline on 1930 and file a report at cybercrime.gov.in immediately — that is the fastest route to freezing funds, and it is faster than emailing us.
We use your email address and message only to reply to you. See our privacy policy for details.
We usually reply within two to three working days. If your message is about money that has already left your account, do not wait for our reply — call 1930 first.
